A platform with many features can easily become a list of technical terms. Tinkapon’s public website starts with the idea of a more lively Discord community, then explains the product through the activities its audience recognizes and the setup steps a server owner needs.

Public-site observations
What makes it work.
Observations about the captured public experience. Current features may include later work by other teams; these observations do not establish the founder’s ownership of each design choice.
01✦
A proposition about the community
The lead message centers the feeling of a Discord server, followed by a short explanation of the bot and dashboard. Roleplay, game communities, and shared activities appear as the context for the tools. This makes the introduction about what people want to do together rather than only the software’s feature names.
02✦
Breadth turned into understandable groups
Roleplay and stories, Final Fantasy XIV tools, and Pokémon activities are presented as separate product groups. Later sections distinguish audiences such as roleplayers and server owners. This repeated grouping helps visitors find a relevant part of a broad product without having to process everything at once.
03✦
Two next steps with different jobs
The public page provides both an invite route and a Discord login route. One is about bringing the bot into a server; the other is about managing it through the dashboard. Keeping both actions explicit recognizes that discovery and configuration are related but different moments in the user journey.
04✦
Setup explained in ordinary language
The setup section describes logging in, choosing a server, and enabling the desired features. A preview section introduces the kinds of experiences available inside the product. That sequence makes the public page useful as orientation, while the visual personality keeps the presentation aligned with its community audience.
Bring the thinking to your business
A useful lesson. A stronger next move.
A complex product becomes easier to approach when it is explained through the audience’s interests, grouped into recognizable activities, and paired with clear next actions.
